Nsele Safari’s & Lodge is fully aware of prospect and current travellers concerns regarding travelling during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and we would like travellers to know about the below precautions and policy amendments to set your mind at ease while enjoying your amazing trip to Africa.
Nsele Safaris & Lodge maintains that it is very important for travellers to make sure that they take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect them against any incidents that may affect them negatively during the outbreak
- for example booking cancellations due to this pandemic
- Make sure that you read through and understand your benefit schedule before making your final decision on any Travel Insurance.
We have amended our cancellation policy to ensure guests are not unduly penalised on their bookings. The following terms & condition amendments apply to current, new & provisional bookings made between 1 March 2020 and 31 December 2020:
Booking may be amended by moving them up by 12 months, taking availability into consideration, if a guest is wary about travelling during the outbreak.
Our quoted rates given for 2020 will apply on these bookings.
These amendments will only apply to travel dates before 31 December 2020.
Only one amendment per booking is allowed and maybe made up to 31 days prior to arrival.
Booking cancellations which are done 30 days prior to arrival will result in our standard cancellation policy as per our current terms & conditions.
It is advisable that travellers claim a refund from their travel insurance should there be an advisory travel notice given by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Management reserves the right to make changes to the terms & conditions at any time, and will make sure to make it visible to all guests and potential travellers.
We at Nsele Safaris & Lodge understand that strict hygiene codes have been issued, and our personnel have been briefed in this regard.
Hand-wash and sanitizer is available all through the Lodge at bathrooms and outside taps as well as our transport vehicles.
It is advisable to use these often, and wash your hands regularly.
So, if we don’t greet you by hand on arrival and departure, you know why, and know that you are still just as welcome with us.
